Sa texture et son go\u00fbt la rendent plaisante et facile \u00e0 accomoder, sur un bol de riz tout simple ou en <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=277\">salade rafra\u00eechissante avec du concombre et de l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, j\u2019ai eu envie de voyager dans mon assiette et surtout de faire du wakam\u00e9 l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient central de la recette en l\u2019assaisonnant avec du lait de coco et du citron vert. Le m\u00e9langer avec le lait de coco, le basilic, la coriandre, le piment\u00f3n et un peu de sel. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien rincer puis \u00e9goutter le wakam\u00e9 et le d\u00e9couper en tr\u00e8s fines lani\u00e8res (je trouve qu\u2019avec des ciseaux c\u2019est plus facile).
