R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un saladier, fouetter la pur\u00e9e de potimarron avec les oeufs, le lait et l\u2019extrait de vanille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un autre saladier, m\u00e9langer le sucre, la levure, la pinc\u00e9e de sel et la cannelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser progressivement les ingr\u00e9dients solides sur le m\u00e9lange oeuf\/pur\u00e9e de potimarron en remuant bien au fouet pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux et obtenir une p\u00e2te bien lisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0\u00a0 150\u00ba chaleur tournante et graisser un moule adapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule et d\u00e9poser par-dessus les d\u00e9s de pomme pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Saupoudrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de sucre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enfourner pour 40\/50 minutes, le flan doit \u00eatre cuit \u00e0 coeur.
