Les d\u00e9couper en 2 ou 4 selon leur taille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Placer les fraises dans un sac de mise sous vide, aouter le zeste et le sucre roux puis mettre la poche sous vide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fermer et cuire \u00e0 65\u00ba pendant 120 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mettre \u00e0 refroidir de suite dans un bain marie d\u2019eau glac\u00e9e et r\u00e9server au frigo jusqu\u2019au moment de servir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ouvrir le sachet, disposer dans des coupelles, d\u00e9corer de quelques herbes fra\u00eeches.
