Couvrir et laisser \u00e9goutter au frigo entre 1 et 2 heures pour que le petit lait\u00a0 s\u2019\u00e9goutte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand le yahourt vous para\u00eet cr\u00e9meux selon vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, r\u00e9server dans un bol au frigo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la rhubarbe r\u00f4tie<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00ba chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, placer les tron\u00e7ons de rhubarbe avec le vin doux, le sucre demerara et les fleurs de lavande. Saupoudrer de fleur de sel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser refroidir (\u00e7a va tr\u00e8s vite) et d\u00e9couper en morceaux. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour servir<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fouetter le yahourt \u00e9goutt\u00e9 et le r\u00e9partir dans les assiettes. D\u00e9poser par-dessus la rhubarbe r\u00f4tie et son jus de cuisson et terminer en disposant quelques morceaux de pistaches caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es.
