Apr\u00e8s avoir compar\u00e9 les vertus respectives des pistaches sal\u00e9es,\u00a0 grill\u00e9es, natures, mond\u00e9es, nous avons d\u00e9gust\u00e9 du beurre ou de la pur\u00e9e de pistaches, juste des pistaches r\u00e9duites en cr\u00e8me. Une merveille.<\/p>\n<p>Du coup j\u2019en ai ramen\u00e9 deux pots \u00e0 la maison et me suis souvenue qu\u2019en Italie nous avions eu l\u2019occasion de go\u00fbter \u00e0 des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la sauce \u00e0 la pistache.<\/p>\n<p>Ni une, ni deux, me voil\u00e0 en cuisine pour profiter pleinement de la fourn\u00e9e de p\u00e2tes fra\u00eeches que je venais de passer au laminoir\u00a0en les enrobant d\u2019une sauce \u00e0 la pistache ultra-gourmande.<\/p>\n<p>Quel merveilleux d\u00eener! D\u00e8s coloration, ajouter la poudre de pistache et la faire torr\u00e9fier l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 feu doux. Ajouter la cr\u00e8me et laisser r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu doux pendant que la cuisson des p\u00e2tes selon les indications de votre choix.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter 1 petit verre d\u2019eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes dans la sauce et rajouter la pur\u00e9e de pistache. Saler et poivrer.
