Car m\u00eame si en ratatouille ou en tian c\u2019est tr\u00e8s bon, la plupart des recettes supposent des quantit\u00e9s d\u2019huile cons\u00e9quentes pour les pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui je vous propose donc une recette toute l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00e0 base d\u2019aubergines r\u00f4ties au four qui sont ensuite condiment\u00e9es par une vinaigrette \u00e0 la menthe et au vinaigre balsamique.
