Compter environ 20\/25 minutes, elles doivent \u00eatre bien croustillantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser refroidir puis mixer pour obtenir une chapelure un peu \u00e9paisse. Y ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel et de poivre du moulin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Former des boules de foie gras et les rouler comme des truffes au chocolat dans la chapelure.
