\/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Pour profiter de cette merveilleuse r\u00e9colte, j\u2019ai eu envie de farcir une butternut avec du riz, des fruits secs et des l\u00e9gumes. Enduire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u2019huile d\u2019olive la chair coup\u00e9e et d\u00e9poser dans un plat allant au four, c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau vers le haut. Enfourner \u00e0 180\u00ba chaleur tournante pendant environ 50 minutes. Ce temps est tr\u00e8s variable car il d\u00e9pend de votre butternut et du moment de la saison o\u00f9 elle est cueillie (plus tendre en d\u00e9but de saison par exemple). Elle doit \u00eatre tendre mais conserver sa forme, le mieux est de piquer avec une brochette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir la butternut puis \u00f4ter la chair du milieu en pensant \u00e0 en laisser sur les bords pour conserver la forme de la butternut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hacher grossi\u00e8rement la chair pour la rajouter \u00e0 la farce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la farce<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pendant que la butternut est au four, pr\u00e9parer la garniture. Chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire revenir l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et finement hach\u00e9s pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter alors les carottes \u00e9pluch\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en petits d\u00e9s et enfin les branches de c\u00e9leri effil\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es elles aussi en petits d\u00e9s. Laisser revenir 5 minutes avant de rajouter les deux sortes de riz, les noix et les cranberries. Saler, poivrer et rajouter de la sauge \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt. Ajouter pour terminer la chair de la butternut r\u00f4tie. Quand la farce est pr\u00eate, hors du feu, ajouter les feuilles de c\u00e9leri cisel\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour le montage<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Garnir les 2 moiti\u00e9s de butternut avec la farce en tassant bien pour qu\u2019elle tienne bien en place puis assembler les 2 moiti\u00e9s en appuyant bien.
