Pour vous donner une id\u00e9e, c\u2019est quand le caramel commence \u00e0 colorer et \u00e0 \u00e9paissir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter alors le beurre et les cacahou\u00e8tes et bien m\u00e9langer sans arr\u00eat jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature atteigne les 150\u00ba, la pr\u00e9paration doit \u00eatre bien dense et dor\u00e9e.
