Rajouter la margarine coup\u00e9e en petits morceaux et sabler la p\u00e2te, on doit obtenir une texture qui ressemble \u00e0 du sable mouill\u00e9. Verser le lait et p\u00e9trir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, juste ce qu\u2019il faut pour former une belle boule de p\u00e2te lisse et facile \u00e0 travailler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">L\u2019\u00e9taler et froncer un moule d\u2019environ 20\/22 centim\u00e8tres, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Piquer avec une fourchette la p\u00e2te et r\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>Pour la garniture<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00ba, chaleur statique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande po\u00eale et y faire sauter les asperges sans leur pied fibreux et d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en 2 ou 3 morceaux.
