Alors quand on a la chance d\u2019avoir un levain actif, on a envie de s\u2019en servir dans plein de choses, des <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=311\">blinis<\/a>, des <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=53\">crumpets<\/a>, des <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=9803\">cakes aux feuilles de blettes<\/a>, des <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=11566\">cakes sucr\u00e9s citron pavot<\/a>,\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bref je suis toujours en qu\u00eate d\u2019id\u00e9es nouvelles et il me semble que c\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9 j\u2019ai vu un chef qui enrobait son poulet d\u2019une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain. Selon votre farine et votre levain vous devrez peut-\u00eatre ajouter un peu d\u2019eau ou de farine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser reposer \u00e0 couvert dans un bol l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9 dans un endroit ti\u00e8de environ 1 heure. Au bout de ce temps,filmer au contact la p\u00e2te avec un papier film et laisser reposer toute la nuit au frais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour le poulet (le jour du repas donc)<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sortir la p\u00e2te et le poulet du frigo 2 \u00e0 3 heures avant de les enfourner pour les ramener \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
