Et je peux m\u00eame vous dire que cette recette \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation car nous \u00e9tions bien malheureux de ne plus manger de <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=341\">ratatouille \u00e0 ma fa\u00e7on<\/a> car Polyanna n\u2019aimait pas mais alors pas du tout \u00e7a\u00a0;-(<\/p>\n<p>Le jour o\u00f9 j\u2019ai vu sur Pinterest que l\u2019on pouvait pr\u00e9parer sa ratatouille au four, \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation\u00a0!! Car Polyanna adore <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=10187\">l\u2019escalivada<\/a> (des l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis au four typiques de la gastronomie catalane). Eplucher l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon. D\u00e9couper en morceaux de tailles \u00e9quivalentes en essayant de conserver pour l\u2019oignon sa base pour conserver de beaux morceaux apr\u00e8s cuisson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9poser les l\u00e9gumes sur la plaque et arroser d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, de sel et des herbes effeuill\u00e9es. Bien m\u00e9langer avec les mains pour tout r\u00e9partir sur les l\u00e9gumes. Penser \u00e0 glisser l\u2019ail dessous pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019il ne br\u00fble et devienne amer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enfourner pour 45 minutes environ (voire 60 minutes selon la quantit\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes dans votre four) en remuant toutes les 15 minutes environ pour que les l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tissent de fa\u00e7on \u00e9quivalente.
