R\u00e9server dans un saladier avec de l\u2019eau froide et du jus de citron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cuire \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante bien sal\u00e9e avec le jus d\u2019un demi citron environ 10 mn, ils doivent \u00eatre cuits mais fermes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mixer les amandes avec la chapelure, le parmesan, le persil, du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien \u00e9goutter les artichauts, les d\u00e9couper dans la hauteur et r\u00e9partir dessus notre pr\u00e9paration.
