Et tant qu\u2019\u00e0 faire, en mode l\u00e9ger par rapport aux versions traditionnelles, histoire de ne pas alourdir la balance avant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A la maison, Polyanna est une fan absolue du <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=272\">gaspacho l\u00e9ger<\/a> (la recette de sa grand-m\u00e8re, ma maman donc) et moi j\u2019adore le <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=912\">velout\u00e9 de tomates et p\u00eaches<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, je vous propose ma versi\u00f3n l\u00e9g\u00e8re de la soupe vichyssoise qui associe traditionnellement poireaux et pommes de terre.
