Le r\u00e9server au frigo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Battre au batteur le beurre mou avec le sucre glace et la poudre d\u2019amandes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange l\u00e9ger et soyeux (\u00e7a peut prendre 5 minutes facilement).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter 3 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et 1 \u0153uf entier et bien m\u00e9langer pour les int\u00e9grer \u00e0 la p\u00e2te (environ 2 minutes). Terminer en ajoutant le lait et le sirop de roses. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Battre les blancs en neige, ils doivent rester souples et y ajouter tr\u00e8s progressivement le sucre en poudre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter en alternance les blancs et la farine tamis\u00e9e au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent en \u00e9vitant de faire retomber les blancs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00ba, chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9, verser 1\/3 de la p\u00e2te, disposer la moiti\u00e9 des framboises puis \u00e0 nouveau 1\/3 de la p\u00e2te, le reste des framboises et le dernier tiers de p\u00e2te. Bien lisser la surface \u00e0 la spatule.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Baisser la four \u00e0 150\u00ba et enfourner pour 1h45, v\u00e9rifier la cuisson et laisser refroidir hors du four sur une grille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser refroidir.
