On pr\u00e9pare un petit velout\u00e9 ou une po\u00eal\u00e9e avec les fanes puis on pr\u00e9pare une <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=132\">salade de betteraves crues \u00e0 l\u2019huile de noix<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 comme la botte \u00e9tait g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les faire cuire au four sous une belle couche de gros sel pour en conserver tous les parfums sans les noyer dans l\u2019eau. On a ador\u00e9\u00a0!
