css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280835828{background-color: #fff0dd !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour 4 tapas<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">600g de coques dessabl\u00e9es (tremp\u00e9es si besoin dans de l\u2019eau tr\u00e8s sal\u00e9e pendant plusieurs heures)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1CS* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 gousses d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bd bouquet de coriandre fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le jus d\u2019un citron moyen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">150ml de vin blanc sec<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Piment d\u2019Espelette (ou piment pili pili si vous aimez bien les petites touches relev\u00e9es)<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb3\/4&Prime; R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande sauteuse et y faire dorer l\u2019ail (et le piment si vous en utilisez). D\u00e8s que l\u2019ail commence \u00e0 colorer, ajouter le vin blanc et le laisser r\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il ne reste que 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de liquide. Ajouter alors les coques, m\u00e9langer et couvrir quelques minutes, le temps que les coques commencent \u00e0 s\u2019ouvrir. Secouer la sauteuse pour que tout cuise au m\u00eame rythme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hors du feu, ajouter le jus de citron, le Piment d\u2019Espelette.
