Faire dorer 1 minute dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, ajouter l\u2019oignon \u00e9pluch\u00e9 et d\u00e9coup\u00e9. Laisser colorer 2 minutes avant de rajouter les patates douces et les carottes d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Couvrir du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et cuire \u00e0 feu moyen vif \u00e0 couvert pendant 15\/20 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres. Ajouter alors le lait de coco et cuire 5 minutes de plus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mixer finement en ajustant la texture avec du lait, lait de coco ou bouillon.
