En moins de 15 minutes, c\u2019est pr\u00eat\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui je voulais partager une recette parfum\u00e9e d\u2019artichauts et pommes de terre cuisin\u00e9s un peu comme un tagine. Le genre de plats qui a la maison fait l\u2019unanimit\u00e9, savoureux, rapide, complet, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, bref, en un mot parfait\u00a0:o)<\/p>\n<p>Et vous, avez-vous l\u2019habitude d\u2019utiliser une cocotte-minute\u00a0? css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280820239{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mettre les pistils de safran \u00e0 tremper dans un peu d\u2019eau chaude pendant 10 minutes, le temps de pr\u00e9parer le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Placer dans la cocotte-minute les artichauts, le bacon, les pommes de terre \u00e9pluch\u00e9es et d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en cassant la pomme de terre et pas en la coupant bien droite (pour favoriser la lib\u00e9ration de son amidon qui va \u00e9paissir la sauce), l\u2019ail noir et la peau du citron confit rinc\u00e9e et d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en petits cubes.
