Quand on aime cuisiner et d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux produits, on n\u2019a pas (trop) peur d\u2019\u00eatre surpris\u00a0! Du coup on se retrouve parfois avec des produits que l\u2019on n\u2019aurait pas forc\u00e9ment achet\u00e9s ou qui tout simplement ne sont pas disponibles dans notre poissonnerie de quartier.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a quelques semaines, nous avons eu des \u00e9crevisses\u00a0! Et du coup je me suis rappel\u00e9e d\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/enmilbatallas.com\/2013\/07\/08\/cangrejos-de-rio-al-whisky\/\">une d\u00e9licieuse recette de Marhya<\/a> qui les cuisine dans une d\u00e9licieuse sauce au whisky, simple mais sublime. css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280820239{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher l\u2019oignon et le ciseler finement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hacher grossi\u00e8rement le jambon et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ecraser au pilon l\u2019ail, le persil, un peu de sel et de poivre et les piments si vous aimez les go\u00fbts bien relev\u00e9s. Sinon laissez-les entiers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une sauteuse et y faire dorer l\u2019oignon \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter alors le jambon et le hachis d\u2019ail. Laisser cuire en remuant environ 2 minutes. Verser le whisky et donner un bouillon puis ajouter l\u2019eau filtr\u00e9e. D\u00e8s reprise de l\u2019\u00e9bullition, ajouter les \u00e9crevisses \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration et saupoudrer avec le piment\u00f3n fum\u00e9. Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e0 demi-couvert pendant 10 minutes.
