Sur le blog il y a bien des<a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/fr\/category\/soupes-veloutes-chauds\/\"> id\u00e9es de soupes et velout\u00e9s pour se r\u00e9chauffer<\/a>, mais je continue de go\u00fbter de nouvelles associations comme dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=519\">velout\u00e9 de c\u00e9leri rave et poire<\/a> ou comme dans celui que je vous propose aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>La star de la recette c\u2019est le panais dont la saveur est arrondie par des pommes.<\/p>\n<p>Et comme les temps ne sont pas au g\u00e2chis, les \u00e9pluchures se transforment en d\u00e9licieux croustillants tout l\u00e9gers au four. R\u00e9server les \u00e9pluchures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer 1cc* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire dorer 2 minutes les panais \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en cubes moyens. Ajouter alors les pommes \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, c\u0153ur \u00f4t\u00e9 et d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en cubes. Laisser dorer 2 minutes et ajouter le bouillon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e0 demi couvert pendant environ 20 minutes, les panais doivent \u00eatre tendres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter le lait et r\u00e9chauffer 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mixer finement pour obtenir une texture bien fluide, en ajustant avec un peu de lait ou de bouillon si besoin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour les croustillants<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00ba chaleur tournante et recouvrir une plaque de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer les \u00e9pluchures avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de piment d\u2019Espelette. Enfourner pour 12\/15 minutes, selon notre four. Les \u00e9pluchures doivent \u00eatre dor\u00e9s et croustillantes.
