Les d\u00e9couper en 2 ou en 4 selon la taille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Y ajouter le sucre et m\u00e9langer. R\u00e9server au frigo, en remuant 2 ou 3 fois pour que les fraises confisent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour l\u2019espuma de yahourt<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fouetter le yahourt avec la cr\u00e8me fleurette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Passer au chinois \u00e9tamine et verser dans le siphon. Visser la t\u00eate du siphon et mettre la cartouche de gaz. Bien secouer t\u00eate en bas et r\u00e9server au frigo jusqu\u2019au moment de servir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour servir le dessert<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter le vinaigre balsamiques aux fraises marin\u00e9es, m\u00e9langer et r\u00e9partir dans 4 verrines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien secouer le siphon et d\u00e9corer d\u2019une rosace d\u2019espuma de yahourt.
