M\u00e9langer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et quand le m\u00e9lange arrive \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, retirer du feu et filmer au contact. Laisser infuser au moins une heure, tout en sachant que plus l\u2019infusion sera longue, plus le go\u00fbt de vanille sera prononc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand le lait est bien infus\u00e9 et revenu \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, retirer la gousse de vanille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fouetter le yahourt et y verser progressivement le lait parfum\u00e9 tout en fouettant.
