Bien \u00e9videmment ne manquent ni les <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=251\">p\u00eaches r\u00f4ties \u00e0 la po\u00eale au safran<\/a> ni le <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=574\">cobbler de p\u00eache au Bourbon<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui j\u2019ai eu envie de piocher sur mon balcon de la verveine pour parfumer des p\u00eaches simplement poch\u00e9es avant que le froid ne me prive des 2 ingr\u00e9dients principaux de cette recette.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, on aime tellement cette association de saveurs qu\u2019on en a fait une <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=8560\">confiture P\u00eache &amp; Verveine<\/a>\u00a0! A \u00e9bullition, baisser le feu et laisser r\u00e9duire 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher les p\u00eaches (moi je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le faire avec un \u00e9plucheur) et les d\u00e9couper en 8. Ajouter au sirop et laisser pocher entre 5 et 10 minutes selon la maturit\u00e9 des fruits. Les p\u00eaches doivent \u00eatre tendres mais ne pas se d\u00e9faire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser refroidir dans le sirop et r\u00e9server au frigo film\u00e9 au contact jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la soupe soit bien fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Servir les p\u00eaches, avec un peu de leur sirop de cuisson<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>Bon profit!<\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>Quelques petits details qui comptent\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p>*La quantit\u00e9 de sucre est \u00e0 ajuster en fonction de vos go\u00fbts et selon la maturit\u00e9 des fruits.
