Et tant qu\u2019\u00e0 faire, en mode l\u00e9ger par rapport aux versions traditionnelles, histoire de ne pas alourdir la balance avant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne suis pas particuli\u00e8rement fan des cha\u00eenes de restauration rapide mais j\u2019aime bien parfois me poser entre 2 rendez-vous chez Cojean et me r\u00e9galer de leurs soupes toujours d\u00e9licieuses et bien souvent surprenantes.<\/p>\n<p>Du coup, d\u00e8s que j\u2019ai eu l\u2019occasion de faire une de leurs recettes, je me suis lanc\u00e9e et voici le r\u00e9sultat\u00a0: un velout\u00e9 d\u00e9licieux et super rafra\u00eechissant qui ne laissera personne indiff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p>Vous m\u2019en direz des nouvelles!
