Laisser revenir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Filtrer pour enlever la mousse qui se forme sur le dessus si vous voulez un yahourt \u00e0 la texture lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Battre le yahourt nature et rajouter progressivement notre lait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et refroidi.
