M\u00e9langer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture lisse. Mixer rapidement et ajouter le reste du lait.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser revenir la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante apr\u00e8s avoir film\u00e9 au contact.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Battre le yahourt nature et rajouter progressivement notre lait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et refroidi.
