Les d\u00e9couper en tr\u00e8s fines tranches, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la mandoline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Les d\u00e9poser dans le fond de la papillote avec les c\u00e2pres, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, saler, poivrer et bien m\u00e9langer. D\u00e9poser le saumon dessus et enfourner pour 60 minutes*** \u00e0 180\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, afin d\u2019avoir un repas complet, je glisse \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la papillote quelques pommes de terre bien rinc\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019eau et emball\u00e9es individuellement dans du papier alu.
