La <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=554\">recette espagnole classique avec son lait infus\u00e9 \u00e0 la cannelle et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9corce de citron<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=228\">version gourmet aux Speculoos<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=313\">version revisit\u00e9e en glace gourmande<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Mais leur point commun c\u2019est que le riz au lait c\u2019est plut\u00f4t long \u00e0 cuire et que du coup \u00e7a ne s\u2019improvise pas vraiment,<\/p>\n<p>Du coup aujourd\u2019hui je vous propose une version de riz au lait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec de la semoule de riz, au go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s proche mais tellement plus rapide \u00e0 cuire. D\u00e8s \u00e9bullition, \u00f4ter du feu et couvrir. Laisser infuser 15 minutes puis filtrer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Reporter le lait \u00e1 \u00e9bullition et y verser la semoule de riz en pluie en m\u00e9langeant bien au fouet \u00e0 feu moyen. Compter 8 minutes, la pr\u00e9paration va \u00e9paissir d\u2019un coup.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hors du feu, ajouter la cr\u00e8me liquide et r\u00e9partir dans des coupelles ou des verrines.
