Couvrir et laisser infuser 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Calentamos 600 ml de agua filtrada y cuando hierva, le a\u00f1adimos la regaliz, hervimos 2 minutos, paramos el fuego, tapamos y dejamos que se haga la infusi\u00f3n durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pendant ce temps, faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dorer l\u2019\u00e9chalote avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.
